Position Summary

This position will be responsible for participating in planning, building and supporting industrial applications. An element of technical analysis and data modeling is to be expected as part of the job. Only applicants with 3+ years experience in .NET and especially C# development should apply.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support client business needs in collaboration with management and all stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders.
  • Design, develop and maintain business applications in Microsoft .Net 4.0+ using C#.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing business environment which will include learning new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science, mathematics or related discipline.
  • 3+ years experience working as a professional developer with strong focus in .NET/C#.
  • Solid experience using T-SQL.
  • Basic, but confident, knowledge in and around ASP.NET MVC 5 or ASP.NET Core MVC especially towards front-end techs.
  • Excellent analytic skills combined with a precise working ethic.
  • Excitement to never stop learning in our multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent understanding of basic programming concepts (data structures, OOP, design/architecture patterns, etc.)
  • Significant previous experience in planning, engineering, developing, and maintaining scalable, robust, and secure software systems written in .NET.
  • Talent to work independently but also organize plans to line up with company goals while being able to account for time spent on projects.
  • Ability to identify business requirements and translate them into a working application.
  • Working knowledge of common software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Likeable person who garners respect on and off the job.
  • Should be easy to get along with, nice, fun, ethical, and low-maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Agile software development experience.
  • Working knowledge of SignalR, OData or MongoDB.
  • Interest to learn about techs such as Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Predictive Maintenance from our expert team.
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience developing WPF applications.
  • Good mathematical skills.
